Well here we are ... four days into this quarter and I am doing everything as planned.
- Tracking everyday CHECK
- Cardio everyday CHECK
- Strengths training re-established CHECK
Yesterday I left work (on time, instead of working late) and went to our local pools for 2 hours with a workmate ... we did water walking, then I had to remove the belt to make it a bit more challenging. We did that for an hour then went to the spa for 20 minutes and then to the hydrapool for 40 minutes of long slow stretching ... it was sooooo good!
I'm an absolute water baby and could have stayed for another 3 hours, but I thought I better not overdo it. I think I may have found a new exercise activity and I am very happy ... I am also happy that I have dropped some serious weight since last weekend (I weighed myself on Sunday and was actually 95kgs!) ... down to 90.8 today and planning on breaking through to the 80s by the end of this week.
Loving my week and I am so pleased I completed my Quarterly Review on Sunday to kickstart me into action for this quarter where I aim to lose 10kgs.
Steely determination has set in ...
