Well I am successfully back on track. I got off of soda when I said I would and have been consistently raising my activity level! My husband and I did a 5 mile walk/geocache yesterday! It is nice to spend time together without the TV on, or our phones ringing. I'm eating better & logging EVERYTHING! My energy level is coming back up and I couldn't be happier.
What do I have to show for it? I am UNDER 220!! My "skinny" 16's fit me like my 18's used to & on the whole I am very positive about my future!!

    Way to go! I'm so proud of you!!! You have put a smile on my face! I had a couple of sips of soad this morning, but that has been all so far. It is so hard to cut it out. I did break down and drink a little coffee for the caffeine help, but I don't think I will get as addicted to that nasty stuff like I did with soda. Good for you for kicking that can to the curb!!!

    I'm so happy to hear that your husband went with you to walk. It makes your heart happy to have a support like that. Keep going strong and I know that you will reach your next goal!!!
