Well I am successfully back on track. I got off of soda when I said I would and have been consistently raising my activity level! My husband and I did a 5 mile walk/geocache yesterday! It is nice to spend time together without the TV on, or our phones ringing. I'm eating better & logging EVERYTHING! My energy level is coming back up and I couldn't be happier.
What do I have to show for it? I am UNDER 220!! My "skinny" 16's fit me like my 18's used to & on the whole I am very positive about my future!!
