Down 2 pounds this week, total of 18 pounds. We have a health coach that visits our floor at work one Wednesday a month so I went to see her today because this has been a very stressful time of my life between work and home life. I asked to have my blood pressure checked. I have never had issues but I have been having tight muscles and headaches more so than usual. She took the blood pressure and what do you know, it was higher than it should be. She said the weight loss should continue (i don't plan on stopping have a long way to go still) but that i should also add more exercise. Hopefully once we get a definitive ruling on my dad's health issues the stress level will go down since i can then focus on how to help rather then the unknown. gonna do a little research on how to lower stress levels. at least this stress isn't causing me to gain weight. have to be optimistic on some level
