I weighed myself for the first time since I started. I results are not good and that is how I am going to leave it at that. emoticon Not sure where I failed at. But I can say that I need to do better than what I am doing. I get set in my ways and fail to push forward. I need to add an extra time to my workout. Continue to monitor my eating by getting out the measuring cups.

Work work work...........

    Thanks Gail. I am shocked but also blinded to the point that I am lying to myself. Denial is what I tend to do when my husband mentions something about it. I need to stop lying to myself and go forward. But don't want to beat myself over it either.

    But one thing I do love is my support system on here. Appreciate you giving the cheers, keep them coming.

    I totally understand. When I broke down and actually started measuring instead of just "noticing" and eyeballing the amounts, I was shocked at the amount I'd really been eating. Don't know if that's your experience or not. So getting out those measuring cups might be all you need to do.
