Decade Goal Reboot Day 3

Weight: 185.2
Recap of yesterday: no sugar, mostly good for me nurturing foods, and only 2 slices of pizza at dinner. I did have one light beer at happy hour and a small glass of port before bed. Neither drink affected the headache, which I still have today.
Still not walking cuz of the ankle, but should get the go-ahead from my chiropractor this evening so can start walking tomorrow.
Today will be all good for me, nurturing foods and no sugar.

I am worthy. I can do this. I am nurturing my body.
