Well today i was like a school child who had joined a new school.....i didnt want to go to my new gym.....i was missing my old gym and all my friends there.....then i talked to myself....spoke to myself about why for my sanity i need to go to the new gym....
also today i had signed up for a class called-fat burner.....i was afraid i wont be able to cope up......

mind games....

i went

i met the nutritionist there....she put me on a body fat analysis machine....

it showed that my body fat percentage was 26.6%......yeah!!!!!!!!I thought it was much higher...

I went for the was full and i could do most of the exercises!!!!

so glad i went!!

Today i spent the entire afternoon with my sis in law chatting like old times :)

Then i wemt to visit my parents and sisters!!!

I did not have a single crying episode today.

Sad thoughts... yes but i am getting better!!!!

I would call today a good day!!

That's terrific! For your sad thoughts, I recommend checking out Byron Katie and what she refers to as "The Work" (aka Thought Work).

You are doing well. I often feel anxious when I go somewhere new. Glad you did it and did well!
