Food Tracking

I've decided to start tracking my food on SparkPeople, which I wasn't originally going to do. I didn't (and don't) want to make getting healthier too overwhelming at first. However, I've decided to start tracking my food so that I can become aware of eating patterns that I have. At the moment, my primary goal is to get active. I will focus on that until it has become a habit, and then I'll focus more closely on my diet. In the meantime, though, I'll be collecting data so that when I'm ready to really change my diet I'll know what I need to do. So I'll track my food and my fitness, focus on fitness, and be aware of food without beating myself up about it (yet).

    I'm so proud of how diligently you're Sparking! I'm tracking my food as well, and it's made me realize that I need to cut way back on sodium, which I'd never even considered.
