New Month, New Start

I've really been slacking on my workouts, food tracking and my general health the last month and a half. So with the start of a new month, I'm going to get back on track.

New commitments for the month:
Go to the gym at least 3 days a week
Drink my 8 glasses of water each day (it really is easier than I thought it would be)
Do a zumba workout at least twice a week, in addition to the 3 gym workouts a week
Track my food every day

These things should be easy since I was doing it before I felt like my life fell apart. Now I just have to get back on track.....

    It is amazing how we get derailed and how hard it can be to start it again. I am sure once you get started in going back to the gym the eating better and tracking will be easier. I do advise caution not to overdo it on the how often you go to the gym and how much work you do while there. Make sure to take it slow and don't wear yourself out.
