Three day streak

Day three and I'm really enjoying being back on Spark. I need to lose 13 pounds, which may not seem like a lot to most folks, but it is gigantic to me. I know SP works because I lost over 20 pounds using SP about 6 years ago. Little by little it came back on. I've been successful in tracking my food and exercising for the first two days. For exercise, I'm playing on the Wii using Wii Sports. I may advance to Wii Fit after my Fast Break, but for now, I'm just enjoying myself and moving more. It has been fun and my kids are loving it. I am on track for day 3, I've logged in and I'm going to collect 25 points before work. I made a healthy breakfast, have already had my first glass of water, tracked my food, and am now posting on this blog. I want to reach out to encourage a few folks before I go get ready for work and try to spread the spark a little to a few others. Already, after only two full days, I feel better and so happy with my little accomplishments here and being back in the wonderfully positive spark environment!
