Day 53 - March Inches Lost

I actually gained inches in several areas, but I lost in the areas I wanted to lose. Apparently, my biceps, forearms, and hips got bigger. I am going to go ahead and attribute this to muscle gain! I'm perfectly happy with these numbers:

Neck: 0.25 inches
Bust: 1 inches
Waist: 1 inches
Abdomen 0.5 inches
Thigh: 1.5 inches
Calf: 0.25 inches
W:H ratio - down to .7679 (down from .8)

Total Inches Lost: 2 emoticon emoticon
