p90x day 16

down 5.8 pounds. i'm trying not to get discouraged with the slow moving scale. I need to work harder on eating clean. Next weigh in will be on Sunday. Then I'll move into phase 2 of P90x.

Today was Plyo. So hard to fit this in everyday but I am happy I've made the sacrifice. I won't have to work out this hard forever, but it seems to be the only way to get this weight off. Once the 90 days are done I'll be able to hopefully just go back to running 3 times per week. My body is a bit sore but I am thrilled to see how strong I've gotten. This is exciting...I can't wait to see the results!!!!
