Streak Day 30!

I am so happy to say that I have made it a month now, logging in daily, tracking food, exercising almost daily. I feel like a new person with so much more energy and my focus is almost perfect. I still have to push myself to do my exercise but it is getting easier with everyday and now my routine is to come home from work and get my workout done before making dinner and doing everything else that needs to be done.

For the last week and a half I have hit my ranges almost everyday and in the 7 day spread there is only 1 day that I didn't hit them. I think that is great since I was having such a hard time even getting enough calories just a few weeks ago. I am focusing more and trying to eat more fresh raw food. I'm still struggling with getting enough protein put usually I am just under so I guess it could be worse.

I really like my fitbit because it allows me to do everything and pushes me to do more during the day when I usually sit in front of my computer most of the day. I hit my 70K steps for my first whole week and have gotten my first lifetime badge for walking 50+ miles already. At work I started printing things at a printer that is further away and when I can I do things one at a time so that I am walking back and forth as much as possible. Having this little thing clipped on my belt or where ever I can put it really gives me that added motivation that I was lacking before. Yesterday I got almost 17K steps in and felt like I got a lot done. DH is even doing more exercise now although he isn't doing them with me, I think that my activity is motivating him to do more.

Things are changing and every week someone new tells me that I look like I am losing weight so even if the scale doesn't move as much as I would like it to I know that I am heading in the right direction.
