Spring Gardening: Part 3

Update on the gardening--Today I had my first baby spinach. It was so good and fresh that I think I'll keep planting new pots as long as the weather is not too hot. So much better than that from the grocery store and I know there's no pesticide on it!!

    I'm impressed. Never tried growing spinach. We have a terrible time with white flies and aphids that it is frustrating

    is it hard to keep the insects out?
    I have a slip in my steps, I have been having muscle aches in my right foot especially, and cramped up last night so that it woke me up three times.
    After consulting a few people, decided that I need more calcium/magnesium so that I can metabolize me potassium. had a message today and she did an awesome job on my foot. don't think I will make it to my max steps today, but will try to get a few more in before bed.
    We had rain all day, and cold, in the 40's.
