easier said then done

Tuesday, April 02, 2013

I was reading some fitness magazines and found it so funny they had a artical about a fitness guru who just adopted a child and now says she dosent have time to exercise. But before the child she would run around saying give 100 % there are no excuses to not find some time to exercise. Imagine that having 1 child and your too busy to fit work into your busy schedule. I felt like saying now try 3 kids and work 10 hour days. Its so easy to say this is how to do something but it may not fit into the actually lifestyle and trying i think can cause unessesary stress.
we'll rebekah is no better i spent most of my day with her before work. she is still running a high temp and just does not look like she feels well. if she is no better tomorrow it may be another trip to the doctor. I hate that she is sick again and I really hate I can not be with her. I feel like I just can not miss any more time at work and the next 3 days we are going to be super busy doing hearing test for the whole plant. always something
good news im down a few pounds so my new watching what im eatting is working. I have started trying to eat what i should as far as portions then walking away. I have not limit myself that much if i want chocolate i still eat it just not all of it. and not going back for 2nds and 3rds . Grazing is a biggy for me . I have to start making actually meals .

That's equivalent to all those people who tell you to exercise when you have a backful of ruptured discs and two bum knees! : )
