early-squirrely breakfast, 6am
coffee, sugar, milk
mango juice
scottish oats with spices and raisins

shot of grapefruit juice

Lunchtime walk!
40 minutes

red cabbage, carrot and celery salad w/sesame seeds, topped with gorgonzola and walnuts
cottage cheese, also topped with walnuts

1/2 red cabbage, 3 carrots, 4 stalks celery, sesame seeds = 8 cups of yum

Dinner 8:22pm
Whole wheat Mac and cheesiness with peas.

Almonds and craisins
