Decade Goal Reboot Day 2

Weight: 185.8 (yay for bloating going down)
Recap of yesterday:
no sugar, all good for me nurturing foods, nothing fried, no white bread or rice or pasta even. Got my veggies in too. Did not exercise, but then my ankle is still healing from rolling it last week.
Today: already got in my veggies but gonna have more later. Breakfast, lunch and snack all planned and healthy. We'll see how dinner goes. I may try to walk today too, I may rest the ankle another day.
I do have quite the headache from the sugar withdrawal, and possibly a bit of allergies, but mostly sugar withdrawal. I'll probably have that for a couple more days. Then the cravings will kick in hard. Planning ahead on all my food so I have healthy options in front of me and so I'm not hungry will help me avoid going back to sugary foods.

I am worthy. I can do this. I am nurturing my body.
