So, my accident was on 3/22 and it is now 4/2. I am unable to work out at all. So I just stopped tracking everything on Spark. I know I should of kept tracking my food intake, but I was in a slump. All from the SparkCoach has great help when we put ourselves off the wagon but they don't have anything when another pushes you off the wagon of success.
So my van is still being fixed and won't get it back until 3 weeks from now, but I do have a rental. I saw an orthopedic specialist due to the pain in my neck, shoulders and lower back. He had me start physical therapy which helps. Tomorrow, I meet with the lawyer and in the mean time, I just sit back and relax. I can't lift anthing, bend over to fast then it hurts to get up. Not sleeping completely due to being so sore.
What really hurts is seeing in my fitness set up that I was burning 3000 calories a week and now I burn nothing, zero, zilch, nada!! But, I started tracking my food again to make sure I don't over eat since I am not exercising and can't until further notice per my doctor....oh yeah (saying sarcastically).
Guess it could be worse right? There are blessings to all this, and I thank God for them everyday. But I do miss working out and feeling great. One day it will happen again. emoticon

    Also ask about massage....I am an accident survivor, and I find it helps with pain control.

    Hopefully the excersises the physio give you might help a bit.

    it's sad when you can't do what you want, but do the exercises the physical therapist gives you and you'll get back to working out sooner.
