April is going to be a busy month, so my plan is KISS: Keep It Simple Silly.

emoticon Complete Knoxville Half Marathon on April 7th!

emoticon Work on speed to officially break the 40 minute barrier for a May 5K

emoticon Continue daily 10 minute strength & balance training with DH

emoticon Study for the English Literature Praxis II exam on May 4

emoticon Continue daily mediation after getting DS to sleep each evening

Most of the above goals are habits for me that I don't have to think about anymore. Most of them.

I do need to pay particular attention to
