Piece of Fruit - Banana or apple
Piece of cheese - 12 grapes
I eat lunch at 11:30 am if I am working out at 1:30 pm
I eat lunch at 1 pm if I am working out at 3 pm.
I eat breakfast at 7:30 am if I am working out at 10:00 am
If I take an evening class at 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm, I have an organic yogurt at 3:30 pm and then eat dinner at 7:15 pm.
