I think that I have used every excuse in the book for why I cannot exercise. Probably the one that I use the most is I don't have time! Well, I have found that with the 2 new cd's I got from Spark People that I can make time any day as it only takes 10 minutes. I also use Leslie Sansone's 1 mile workout when I don't have time. They only take 20 minutes.
