Excuses, Excuses

I think that I have used every excuse in the book for why I cannot exercise. Probably the one that I use the most is I don't have time! Well, I have found that with the 2 new cd's I got from Spark People that I can make time any day as it only takes 10 minutes. I also use Leslie Sansone's 1 mile workout when I don't have time. They only take 20 minutes.

    Good for you, finding the time and breaking it up so it doesn't overwhelm you makes it much easier to do. Keep at it. On the website here there are also nice 12 minute videos to do right at your desk.

    I have been doing Cathe workouts over the years and they are always at least an hour. I'm so glad that the two dvds came with SparkCoach because now I have 10 minute workouts for when I don't have a lot of time or for when I just don't want to work out. I never gave myself the option to 'just' work out 10 minutes and that was a mistake. Now I can always work out. emoticon
