My Monthly Weighin from March to April 2013!

Hi Everyone,
So today was my Monthly Weighin and I'm not soo happy but I'm still going to be truthful and post everything! So here goes

March 4th

Weight 304

BMI 48.1

Right Arm 16"
Right Leg 26"
Middle S 46"
Waist 49"
Hips 54"
Neck 15"

April 1st 2013

Weight 304.2

BMI 48.0

Right Arm 16"
Right Leg 26"
Middle S 46"
Waist 48"
Hips 54"
Neck 15"

Okay so as you can see My Measurements stayed the same except for my Waist which went down 1" and I lost 1% of Body Fat. But I gained 0.2 lbs which is heartbreaking to say the least!
Okay soo moving on to the positives!

1st I reached 91 Days of still Not Eating Lay's Potato Chips or Friendly's Ice Cream!

2nd Continue to Workout Out everyday and only do 10 Minutes on Sundays because I do need to give my Body time to heal.

3rd Continue to Drink 64 oz of Water Everyday

4th Continue to Eat Healthy Everyday and find more Nutritious and Healthy Snacks to Nibble on.

5th Continue to Stay Away from all Junk Food

6th Continue to Log my Meals Everyday

7th Continue to still get the Award for 1,000 Fitness Minutes!

8th Continue to Stay Positive even though its getting tough to remain that way when I'm working soo hard!

9th Went to Doctors to see if I have a Thyroid Condition due to doing everything right and still not losing the weight as fast! Doctor said Blood Work came back with everything fine Diabetes, Cholesterol, and etc! So I'm like Why God Why?

Alright so 9 things to be proud of and I'm still trying my hardest to stay focused and not let my lack of Weightloss hinder me and make me throw in the towel

    My only advice is to stay positive. Your nine points of things to be proud of are all terrific and this will pay off...stick to your plan. On your exercise, keep trying to do something a bit different..our bodies "like" to be surprised. Wishing you a wonderful April!!!! Progress is happening.

    Sometimes it takes the body longer to adjust. Be careful with portion control, that 1/2 cup is not a full cup. Measure it out, don't just eyeball it.
