Second week, Day 1

Last week was my first week of counting calories and it went pretty well. I had planned on taking a break on Sunday because I felt looking forward to that made staying in my ranges easier, and also we were going to a dinner party last night and there was no way to track it all. So yesterday was full of great fattening food and fun. But today I am back on the wagon!

My mom is back from her trip so I'll be able to go to the gym and weigh myself (not sure if there will be any changes because of yesterday) and also sit down and plan out some options for food that is lower calorie/higher protein. And then I get to go grocery shopping--yay.

Anyway, last week went well and gave me some confidence-- but my daughter is back in school this week so we'll see how it goes. :)
