Moving Forward into April

This past week has been a little crazy- I have been traveling and helping my family pack boxes. I realized that I had this passion and fire for 2 months and then things began to wane in March. Between illnesses and the stresses of a lot of changes- I didn't fall off the wagon, but I stumbled a little. I have not been as gung-ho on working out hardcore daily. I have not always moderated some of my meals. Thankfully my fitbit helped me track this month. Since the weather is changing, I need to readjust my goals and passion for my goals.
In April I will:
Blog at least 4x per week
Log into my Wii Fit and Wii Biggest Loser games daily (Save the 3 days out of town- then find another workout to make up for it)
Get on my bike at least 8 times this month
Continue to log my workouts and food daily
Limit my soda intake to only 1 soda a day
Tomorrow is a new day! Keep moving forward!
