Happy Easter!!

Sunday, March 31, 2013

Yesterday I binged on junk food. With my meals and the added junk I ate over 2000 calories. Today is going to be a high calorie day too but I am not going to eat any junk food. I decided that as soon as I woke up it was going to be a better day and that Monday will be completely back to my normal healthy way. So far so good. =)

When I woke up I looked outside and saw that it was going to rain so I immediately got dressed and took my dogs for a walk with my mother to try and beat the cruddy weather. It is hard to keep up the speed with three dogs, but my goodness they work you out. lol. I didn't wear my new shoes because I didn't want to mess them up with possible rain and mud but I did manage to run a bit across the tennis court like I've been wanting to. I have an app that tells me my speed, etc with accuracy and I was surprised to see that I was going 6.23mph! I never go that fast when on the treadmill so it was awesome to see. I can't wait until I am wearing actual workout clothes and my running shoes to try again. =)

I'm gunna head off now. Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!!!

HAPPY EASTER!! Jesus is risen!!

I did 65 minutes of cardio today to kind of offset what I'll eat for Easter lunch. Good luck to us all. Enjoy but stay in moderation!

This is truly a great day. I am hosting a ham dinner tonight and will probably fall off the wagon. But tomorrow I start a 4 week, 12 sessions with a personal trainer. Hmmm.
