Summary of March 2013 exercise:
Leslie Sansone miles = 98
(some of which used resistance bands)
Line dance hours = 3 (equivalent in Leslie miles = approx. 12)
Total adjusted Leslie miles = 110
Note: March included 7 rest days with no cardio

Weight loss: Uncertain. It had been 2 pounds, but this morning they were back.
Bummer. I think it is probably water weight (Chinese for supper) and undigested food.
Expect it to drop again in a few days.

NSV: Lost 1" in waist.
Sleeping 8-9 hours some nights. Less frequency of waking in middle of night.
Sounder sleep.
Back feels stronger and posture is better.
Calmer and more relaxed. More positive and better able to deal with emotions.
Legs feel stronger.
Motivation and energy level higher.

Other tactics: Started 8 Hour Diet 2 weeks ago. Followed the plan for 12 of last 14 days.
Feel that the potential 2 pound weight loss, better sleep, and higher motivation & energy levels was in part due to the 8 Hour Diet.

Today, Easter, will be a rest day. It will also be a break from the 8 Hour Diet.
