Happy Easter!

Not sure which is the culprit here - first time trying chia for breakfast, and also still suspicions over rice. Chia is impressive - had loads of energy and wasn't hungry all day. It's a bit like eating poppy seeds - quite a bland flavour.
Had rice for dinner and finally wising up to the problem of carbs - a tiny portion has a big bloat effect yet doesn't fill you. Also felt v thirsty. I used to scoff about four times that amount in a takeaway - no more!
Didn't manage the gym but it's looking like good weather so might go for a run.

    Rice can be a big problem - all starch and little nutrition. At least now you know...

    I just discovered chia as well! Actually like the crunch. Lets see the effects, more energy? That would be nice. More regularity, that would be a plus. I hear you on the bloat. I can feel almost instantly a reaction. Tested eggs today, yeah! Passed showing a .4 loss. I need more days of consistent food passes to break this cycle of hovering at 120 for weeks! Enjoy the run. The weather here is perfect for one as well!
