Austin - Town Lake (Lady Bird Johnson Lake)

Today we did a 10K around the Lake. This is one of my favorite Year Round Events. We were joined by our Grandson and his Girlfriend. They brought along their dog and it enjoyed a swim at Barton Creek. Here he is getting a drink before taking the plunge.



It was a beautiful day for a walk in spite of the hanging overcast clouds. There was only a 20% chance of rain. Here is a picture of the skyline from the pedestrian bridge.



There were lots of nice flowers blooming. I liked these behind the Palmer Event Center.
