Since January 23, 2013 I have lost 27 pounds!

I am very happy to let you know that I have lost 27 pounds! Yes! I am excited about the loss and scared of going back to the old way of comforting myself. I still have cravings and the biggest item I crave is a Texas Cinnamon Roll. I don't know when the craving will stop.
I have burned 920+ in the gym each week. I have also cut my calories to 1500. I stopped eating at McDonalds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would like to thank spark people for all the information and encouragement!
