Since January 23, 2013 I have lost 27 pounds!

I am very happy to let you know that I have lost 27 pounds! Yes! I am excited about the loss and scared of going back to the old way of comforting myself. I still have cravings and the biggest item I crave is a Texas Cinnamon Roll. I don't know when the craving will stop.

I have burned 920+ in the gym each week. I have also cut my calories to 1500. I stopped eating at McDonalds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would like to thank spark people for all the information and encouragement!

    emoticon Great loss! Be strong and try not to give in to those cravings. If you just can't stand it have someone share one of those cinnamon buns with you then own it. I always crave cake. Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting and once in a while I will buy a whole one cut it into 16 pieces and freeze each individule piece. Then I take one piece out per week. That usually helps me. But, I have been doing my journey for 4 years now and I finally feel safe enough to do it this way. emoticon
