Finally seeing some results....

You know I thought I would never see the numbers on the scale moving down.. i decided not to weigh my self everyday.. once every month.. I have a tendency to become obses with the weighing part.. I want it to go slow and steady and without the stress.. so I am down 5 pounds in three half weeks now a month from now I shall do it again.. this time even inches were falling off three an half inches over all.. that is great I think i could not believe it.. but the best part of it all is that I am walking everyday for 30 mins.. I set myself up for 10 mins and end up with 30... Yesterday Where I live is a county fair going on now that is dangerous for my all those food.. I took my step meter with me I set it on the moment i paid for the ticketswalked like mad uphill downhill twicetook my waters with me on my bookbagwith crytsal just in case get the soda pop cravings.. the family had thier food I had a raosted plain corn with pepper mmm that was good.. had half of a gyro with chicken split it with hubby.. that was it then I laughed and palyed games with my boys ... my yongest beat me on the fishing .. he won his first prize ever and gave it to me.. well when I got home had some seafood pasta a nd looked at the step meter I walked a total of 5 and half miles.. 11569 steps wow !! plus tons of fun.....
I have aches and pains on my legs but next time will not strain that much for I aim to be healthier.. ( AUG going to Universal) so that is my goal... This time around and being in my 40's I want the weight to come off slow and steady so that it will stay off.. and you know these first 5 pounds lost is the start....

    Both losing th 5lbs. and keeping yourself on track at the county fair.
    Sounds like you had lots of fun!
    You're pretty strong minded to be able to stay off the scale for a whole month. I've never lasted more than a week. Hopefully one day I can make it a full month.
