Woke up early with a headache...ugh!

Trip with Mom went well. We had success! She was disappointed with her Hallmark free gift...thought it was going to be something "special". I told her...Mom it was "free" what do you expect?

We went through Elder Beerman and then Kohl's. In Kohl's she let me put her in a wheelchair...that is a first...guess she really wanted to shop. Without that we wouldn't have made it. We got her underwear, 4 pairs of capris, 2 shirts and 2 short sleeved pretty pullover sweaters. So I think we were successful! Then we went to Steak and Shake...ordered for her and she took two bites and stopped eating. Oh well...she'll have it for another meal or two. I think we both enjoyed ourselves. I think she will be tired. Have a blouse to make alerations to the sleeves. Hope to get that done for her today. Shouldn't be too bad.

Already got half bath cleaned and on 2nd load of laundry this am.

Looking forward to time with son and daughter in law and their family.

Off to make it a wonderful weekend!

It must be the morning aches visiting people Kathleen. I woke up with a back ache. Off to make it a great day as well. I'm going to put some money into my sisters account (she's the one that made an emergency trip to Alabama because her husband was in a car wreck), do some shopping myself. I've already got my first load of clothes in and I'm sitting to catch up here then I'll be bouncing around doing other housework too.
