Doing good today. Waiting for it to get warmer outside.

Just walked 3.8 miles and had a good walk. With couple of jogging episodes in there.

So watching what I eat. Do very good during the week. Now let's get a hold of the weekends.

Grandmother is doing good. My mom is coming back tonight.
