Hope everyone has a fantastic day and weekend and use common sense when it comes to candies and other items that are around at this time of year. That being said, if you feel you can savour a little taste, then by all means do so. If you feel that little taste will lead you off the impressive track to good health that you are one - then stear clear of the temptations altogether.
I did the treadmill today. I really wondered if I ought to but took a naproxen and a tylenol 3 and said, go for it kiddo and see how far you can get. I did and made sure I relaxed my upper body as much as possible. One and one half miles later I felt sooooooooooo............. so so much better for having tried and succeeded. I even impressed myself.
Lesson, if you think you can't do something, then at least try. Your body will tell soon enough if it is a bad idea. So nothing ventured, for sure nothing gained and let me tell ya baby, the gain is better self esteem; and a great feeling of having accomplished somthing in spite of not being up to snuff.
Enjoy.......... eat sensibly.......... plan.......... write what you bite........... and be selective where you are going to splurge your calorie intake.
