Lunk fo realz

I went to planet fitness once...and got a free tee! And I only wore it once to my gym...because of the comments. Then I realized, If I actually went to PF, all those commercials would really offend me!
I am A LUNK!!!!!!!

I practice almost everyday. And I am now looking for a heavier/longer log and a rock! Yes there is a stone toss! LOL! Ill tell you what, this training is tough! And its only gonna get harder! My gym routine is getting heavier also!!!! WOOOOO! LOVE that!!! I am always up for a challenge!

I am really trying to watch my diet...no carbs last meal and trying to eat no later then 630! I lost 3 pounds since my marathon! woooooohoooo! I still have a gut and I am working hard to to blast it! With HIIT and heavy lifting, I hope to have lost 5 pds for the month of March! Fingers crossed!

With a shirt on my belly isnt as offensive! HA!

I am working hard, and instead of chunky, Ill be soon using foxy to describe my bod!

    I agree...looking good! Look at those GUNS emoticon . I started weight training more this month and then the scale spiked, WHOA... I was/am not liking that but today I put on a pair of jeans that have been kinda tight in the waist and guess what, I needed a belt. So hopefully it is muscle that I am gaining...still needing that scale to go down as I am about 9 pounds away from where I want to be. emoticon your hard work is paying off.
