Happy Friday all,
Well the weekend is among us YAY. But unfortunately I have to work at my 2nd job tonight and tomorrow (5 hrs each).
Yesterday I managed to stay well within calorie range. And I only indulged in one beer and I didnt have any other snacks after dinner. So I am proud of myself with that.
I did weigh myself this morning and Im the same as I have been. So no change in weight. Hopefully the scale starts moving soon. I guess I will be patient for now........Ive only been working out for two weeks. I know I need to up my water intake. Ive been having 4-6 cups. Something I need to continue to work on.
I plan on doing my normal Treadmill routine today. Two 15 min workouts on the Treadmill. I usually go down at 10am and have the place to myself and its a good time to take a breather from work and stress, then I usually go back down at 2pm and get on the treadmill again and watch Family Fued with my workout buddy (she rides the bike).
Im hoping I can make a trip back to the gym tonight after I get out of my evening job. I dont get out til around 9:30 ish so I will be there late. And hopefully get here tomorrow in the evening (after dinner) sometime. And then I will take Sunday off........most likely. Id like to incorporate weights into my routine on the weekends, and use the cable machines we have too for a change.
I dont know if Im doing too much or too little with my workout regimen. Guess I will keep doing what Im doing and see how it goes the next two weeks.
