Gotta love the roller coaster

OK, so this morning I'm back down to 140. I think I may FINALLY have figured out some factors that are sabotaging me. I discovered that I've been underestimating the amount of calories I'm getting in the whole wheat pizza dough I make. I was using the "one serving pizza dough" listing instead of plugging in my own ingredients in the proper amounts. Considering that I've been making pizza (with chicken & low-fat cheese by the way) several times a week, that means I've been underestimating my actual caloric intake significantly. So the good news is I've got something else to try....the bad news is, I have to give up even HEALTHY pizza, which sucks. Also I hadn't been walking over the last few weeks....death in the family, then I was sick, then we had a 5 day Nor'Easter here in MA.....I know; excuses excuses. So....let's see what happens if I walk EVERY DAY & don't make any pizzas for 2 weeks. Of course all bets may be off if I have to go on the Pred again.....
