My Goals

My main goal is to learn to love myself and the body I am in. When I started my journey I was 206 pounds the biggest I have ever been in my life. Before I had children I weighed between 140-145 and after my second child I went from 189 in labor to 165. A month after my second son I became very ill and then started to slowly pick up weight until I reached 206. I would love to be 145 again but honestly I just want to reach about 180 and then go from there.

My other goals would be that I am healthy and able to run around after my sons without being so winded. Heck I would love to be able to walk up and down stairs and not feel winded.

I really want to feel comfortable in my own skin again emoticon emoticon emoticon

My short term goals for my challenge are to lose 10 pounds and continue to exercise throughout the week not just when I go to the gym.

    Your doing really well! I had reached 225 lbs when I couldn't hide the fact any longer that I had to do something.
