I have only about 8 or 9 pounds to go to reach my first goal. I wish I could get rid of the obstacles in my brain that hold me back and fix my slowing pace. Stress, too much time spent hunched over my work computer... not taking breaks during the day - just plain old unhealthy habits. Guess it's back to the drawing board - mix up the routine - shake up the schedule! This could be fun!
