spring 2013 challenge goals

Goals for this challenge:
I feel like I have already made some accomplishments, met some goals, and overcome some fears. For instance, creating a spark page and writing this blog. I have always thought weight loss was a private thing - I guess because I feel ashamed or guilty in some ways. But it actually feels good to have support and see what others are going through. So, here are my goals for this challenge...
lose 10 pounds
increase energy
participate daily in at least one of the challenges
quit drinking soda
get involved-participate weekly in the daily chat
exercise consistently - 4-7 days per week
