Day 1 of my new life!
I know usually first days are the best but I want it to be continuous! I'm so trilled to see my results week after week and mostly, my overall progress.
And as you can see on one of my previous blogs, I'm planning to treat myself for each milestone I reach. So excited!

Sounds like you had a very productive day :-) Yay! I love your background, truth right there and I also have made it my goal to be mean and tough to fat and make it cry as much as possible hehehe.

Sounds like you have a good plan in place and had a good start to it! Keep it up! It really is a lifestyle change but you will feel much better for it and it will be habits that you can use for the rest of your life! Nice to see you smiling and happy!

Love the nails. You are doing great. I'm glad you had a wonderful day. May the Force be with you too. I never could do that with my fingers! Happy Easter.

I AGREE! Don't wait til next month. Do it now!

I loved your comment about ridding your diet of the grains and that it felt like a detox. Good point!
I had an apple and fat free cottage cheese today for lunch. I put a little organic cinnamon on mine to give it some ZIP.

    Cheers! emoticon
