Positive Steps

I am working on making my attempts at exercise into routines that enhance my life. This is no small feat since I was a confirmed exercise avoider prior to discovering Synvisc and SparkPeople (in that specific order) due to extreme pain and mobility issues I had.

Now that I can move with minimal pain, I have been working hard to make sure I get plenty of exercise (whether it be walking, going to the Y, or a combination of both) at least 4-5 days per week. I am also making sure I give my body the gift of rest when it needs it (which I have not been very good at in the past).

Slowly, step-by-step and day-by-day I am making it happen and I am ever grateful to my SparkFriends for all the encouragement
