2 Week Review

Ive been going to the gym pretty consistently for the past two weeks. I can already tell a difference in my stamina and my pants are feeling a little looser. I am feeling pretty good.
I been either staying within calorie range or just a tad over. I have been tracking EVERYTHING.
Just hope what I have been for the past two weeks is enough to move the scale.
If I can get to the Gym Fri night and Sat evening I am going to use those days to incorporate weights into my regimen. I am loving the treadmill though and feel pretty confident on it now.
I want to keep this consistency up and keep pushing forward. I NEED to lose this weight once and for all. I took a picture today (2 Week Progress), I just need to post it (later).
Tonight is Vampire Diaries night and I always like to indulge with ONE beer as I watch it. So that is a splurge I am planning for.
Tomorrow I will weigh myself and see where I am at. Hopefully I will see a loss.
