Im using my upcoming surgery as an incentive to clean up my eating.
I am dusting off my juicer and incorporating 1-2 glasses of juice daily.
I had the fat blasting juice in the am and the green juice in the afternoon.I printed out a list of 10 super foods for antioxidants which is what Im focusing on.(
Here are my juice recipes
Fat Blasting juice
1 grapefruit
1 lemon

peel oranges and grapefruit before juicing but juice the lemon with peel on.
Add a little cayenne pepper for a kick.(I added a little truvia to sweeten it a little.

Green Juice
1 small cucumber
3 stalks celery
1 green apple
1 lemon
handful of kale
handful of spinach
handful of parsely
I sprinked some Mrs Dash in this.It was really good.
