Need to change habits

I did zumba for over an hour but then I ate dinner and I am feeling terrible. I need to change my habits and focus on what I need to change. I really need to get my workout regime back on track.

    congrats on your weight loss to date, and for recognizing that what worked so well isn't quite cutting it any more- time to shake things up. \everyone struggles in different ways on the road to healthy living. - some have a hard time drinking their water, some portion control or healthy eating- some it is just getting moving- target one trouble spot at a time to build healthier habits and never ever get discouraged by small frequent amounts- they all add up and before you know it you will reach your goal.
