VLCD Days 16&17 - good/bad

The past few days have been exhausting full of ups and downs. My boobs were KILLING me yesterday so I think I am ovulating which would explain the cravings that I had today. I did cheat for the first time too, but (in my opinion) it wasn't THAT bad. At dinner tonight I wasn't prepared and ended up eating a veggie patty, piece of cheese and a few flax seed tortilla chips. Err. O well, I know I am still at or under the 500 calorie mark. I need to get some more food prepared so that doesn't not happen again! Not sure what effect this is going to have on my losses but time will tell. Yesterday I dropped 1.4 and dropped .6 today. I am hoping that I won't see a gain in the morning.

I have been so tired the past couple of days, falling asleep by ten like clockwork. This is rare for me. I must be fighting the sickness floating around or maybe I am just getting a better sleep/wake cycle in place. Either way, I am enjoying the extra rest while my body/mind are wanting/needing it.
