I have literally done nothing in the form of exercise today. I really needed it today. Yesterday was an "extreme" workout day. I'm feeling my back from Cardio Kickboxing last night.
I'm working on incorporating my rest days on a weekly basis instead of my normal "collapse" basis!! LOL
In the morning, I will talking to 3 classes of 20 third graders about my career. Ok, I won't totally be talking, but they won't know that until we get up and move & groove to some great music!
I did a 5 minute cardio blast for a full semister at Cassidy's elementary school. The kids were settled down for the rest of the day. They were focused. Their grades went up! Need I say anymore? Exercise is not only good for the body, but for the brain!
