So today was bittersweet, it was the last day I would get off with the change in schedule. I am sad, I really like having a whole day off mid week to run errands, work out longer and sleep in. But we all have to give one for the team, and with the opening of the daycare and my husband status change to self employed, I need to revert to a 7-4 schedule with parenting duties before and after work. I ran through my errands today with the constant thought, I'm giving this up. BUT a really cool non scale victory happened that totally made my day.

I woke up slightly sore from yesterday's strength training. I sparked a little and made a nice healthy breakfast of egg, turkey bacon and tomato. I drove to les schwab to drop my car off and met my friend. We then went to her house, and went for an hour long walk. Ist NON SCALE VICTORY. I walked for the hour without dying. We then got a call that my car would cost $300 and be ready in about an hour. We went to my house, had a nice healthy lunch- except my lettuce had turned. We picked up my car and I went off to wal-mart. I picked up new lettuce, and saw that they had bathing suits on sale. I found a size 22 tankini. IT FIT! I snapped it up. I need a new one for the Bloomsday hot tub weekend. I am so pumped that I can wear a size 22. When I started my journey, I was a 30. Best NON SCALE VICTORY EVER. I then dropped off money for the MOM I FORGOT MY MONEY AND NEED TO BE RESCUED. I picked up the youngest, took him for a haircut, while I was waiting I vacuumed my van. The last errand was to drop off presents for my friend and walk my daughter through getting a TB test so she can work in the daycare. I returned home, satisfied with my very healthy and productive day! I have an evening to Spark, start the organic seeds that I bought at Wal-Mart and do the WII. A very healthy day.
