I lost 28 pounds on Weight Watchers and gained it all back. In the past few years, I've had to go to physical therapy for things that might have been avoided if I'd paid more attention to physical fitness and exercise. Then I spent Christmas Day sitting in the hospital with my mom, and realized that I could be there too some day if I didn't start taking better care of myself. So I'm going to lose as much weight as it takes to look good, feel good, and be more active.
