Some of you know that this has been a very trying week for me emotionally. I blogged about it a few days ago, and then I removed the blog later that night when I decided that it was too personal and too painful. Happily, I have turned to exercise to help me deal with the stress. I have also forced myself to choose healthy foods even when I didn't much feel like it. I count those two steps of exercising and eating healthy foods as positive ones for myself....a few years ago (pre-Spark) I probably wouldn't have done either of those! For that I am thankful.

Hang in there...I feel for you! You did good with the healthy eating and exercise. Exercise does help with stress-so concentrate on that when times get tough. Just walk out the door and go for a short walk down the street. Even the chilly air would be invigorating! 2566 days ago
I missed the blog that you put up briefly. I hope you and your family are okay. I know that you have a lot of responsibility for both your parents and your husband's parents because of your husband's eyesight.
