Update on my weight loss

This year I have been working hard to lose the last 30lbs. At the beginning of the year I cut out some foods that might be making me gain weight. Soy, corn, wheat, eggs, milk, peanuts and most of all sugar. I lost 14 lbs and feel great.
Now the stress of work has been keeping me at a stand still. This is the time of year when we are testing students and as a teacher/librarian I am under more stress than before. Co-workers are stressed out and tempers are short. I want sugar so bad when I am feeling down and tired. Last night I just went to bed when I got home I was so tired and my head hurt so bad.
Usually this is the time of year when I gain back all the weight I have lost. This year I am not going to gain back the weight. I may not lose any more for the next month but I am not going to gain it back. I am exercising and I am going to keep on the diet. Today I am saying to myself remember to write down what you eat. Go to your sparkpage and record the food. Maybe if I tell all of you publicly I will be more accountable to myself.
