Time to start the journal

I decided that I am going to start a food journal today so that I can keep better track of my diet and what all I am doing to make healthy choices and what areas need a little adjustments to make my future road a little bit less of a hassle to travel down. I have also decided that I am going to use my Wedding date as a goal date for my weight loss. I hope to at least only weigh 140 by the time I take my vows and say I do next year. I want to be as healthy as I can be. I know that my wonderful life partner and my son deserve a mate and a mom that is able to keep up with them and able to go do all the fun things they want to do.
Also, nothing will make me get active faster than someone saying guess what we are going to the beach soon. I do not in any way have a beach ready bod. I am more like the little old ladies you see with the swim suits with skirts to hide all the skin they don't want anyone to see, while I am not a shy girl I just try to respect the fact that I am like a beached whale and so pale that if they saw past my massiveness they would still be blinded or that jesus was coming back at the sight of how white my skin is. I reflect sun light almost at this point. I Have alot of changes to make and I am going to do it. I have decided this is going to be my year and this is my time to shine. besides I am less than two years from 30 and they say that is when all the real fun in life starts, right?
